The first stage of this project comes from 6 blocs of 119 houses. It is planned to grow the project into stages and become a giant project with 2,000 houses.      In this project 1 + 1s 75 square meters, 2 + 1s 113 square meters, 3 + 1s 158 square meters, 4 + 1s 190 square meters, 3 + 1 duplexes 151 square meters, 5 + 1 duplexes 200 square meters, 6+ 2 duplexes are designed as 285 square meters, 8 + 2s and 350 square meters.       Among the social possibilities of the project are; outdoor parking, children's play areas, camellia, market and hiking trail.       This project is 150 meters from the sea. Whilst Trabzon is not the largest city on the Black Sea coast, it is by far the most sophisticated. With a complex mix of seaside town and cosmopolitan chic, on the whole Trabzon is far too unique to worry about what is going on in any of the nearby areas. The district of Trabzon offers numerous things to see and do making it an ideal base for tourists, opening up good investment potential and the opportunity to earn a good return on your investment.
