Payment Terms:
The following outline the mode of payment for new properties:
- 40% Deposit payable on signing contract. You will also be required to forward a colour copy of your passport with 2 colour photos and both parents full names.
- 25% Payable 8 weeks later.
- 25% Payable 8 weeks after that.
- 10% balance payable on completion of property and signing of Tapu (Legal document proving ownership - approx. €500).
